How to verify a self-created user account in Messagenius? (For admins only)

Step 1: Log into the management dashboard as an admin.

Step 2: Navigate to the user management section.

Step 3: Locate the self-created user account awaiting approval.

Step 4: Turn on the “Verified” switch to approve the account.

Step 5: Click the Save button to confirm the verification.

Step 6: The user is now verified and can log in to use the app.
