How to use Messagenius Read Receipts for effective communication tracking?

Step 1: Send a message using Messagenius app.
Step 2: Observe the message status indicators based on the ticks in the message balloon.
Step 3: Tap and hold the message until the pop-up menu appears
Step 4: Click on the “Message Info” button to read if and when the message was received and read by the recipient(s).
