How to set up a departmental account? (For Admins only)
Step 1: Navigate to the account management section in Messagenius.
Step 2: Select “Create New Departmental Account” and enter the department’s details.
Step 3: Assign department heads or administrators with the appropriate access permissions.
Step 4: Customize the account settings according to the department’s needs.
Step 5: Invite team members to join the departmental account.
