How to create and use Broadcast Lists in Messagenius?

Step 1: Open the Management Dashboard and navigate to the Broadcast Lists section.

Step 2: Click Create New List and use filters (e.g., roles, departments, tags) to select recipients for the list.

Step 3: Name the Broadcast List and save it for future use.

Step 4: To send a message, select the Broadcast List, compose your message, and click Send to broadcast it to all recipients in one-to-one chats.
