How to assign categories or tags to a user? (For Admins only)

Step 1: Navigate to the User Management section within the management dashboard.

Step 2: Select the user or group of users you wish to categorize.

Step 3: Assign the appropriate labels, categories, or tags from the available customizable options.
If you need to create a new category, tag, or label, go to the Categories, Tags, or Labels menu. Click “Create New,” enter the name of the new property, and save.

Step 4: Save your changes to update the user’s categorization.

Step 5 (Optional): Open the contact list and apply filters to search for users based on the newly assigned properties, such as categories, tags, or other labels.
