The User Verification feature in Messagenius empowers admins with full control over the user registration process by allowing them to verify and approve self-created accounts. When the option for self-registration is enabled, users can sign up for the app and create their own accounts. However, these accounts must first be verified by an admin to ensure that only authorized personnel can access the platform.
Admins can review all self-created user accounts from the management dashboard and turn on the "Verified" switch to approve them. If a user’s account is not verified, they will not be able to log in or access the app. This verification process ensures that admins have control over who gains access to the app and its features, preventing unauthorized use and potential security risks.
Use Cases for User Verification:
Once a user is verified, they are granted full access to the app's features, allowing them to log in and participate in communication, file sharing, and other operations within Messagenius.
