Priority Messages for Highly Important Information to Enhance Communication Effectiveness
When a message is marked as high-priority, it visually stands out by appearing in a distinct color that is different from standard messages. This visual differentiation helps to quickly draw attention to the message, ensuring it does not get lost in the flow of regular communication.
Moreover, Priority Messages are automatically pinned to the top of the chat interface. This positioning means that no matter how many subsequent messages are sent in the chat, high-priority messages remain readily visible and accessible at all times, ensuring that important details are not overlooked during fast-moving or heavy communication periods.
To further enhance the visibility and urgency of Priority Messages, they come with unique notification sounds that differ from regular message notifications. This distinct ringtone helps in capturing the recipient's attention immediately, ensuring that the priority message is noticed even if the recipient is not currently looking at their device. This feature is especially useful in environments where timely response to messages can be crucial, such as in emergency situations or when critical decisions need swift communication.
Through these combined features, Messagenius' Priority Messages enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational communication. They ensure that key messages are both seen and acted upon promptly, thus improving response times and decision-making processes in critical situations.

F.A.Q.
Black box chat is a Messagenius feature that records every message and chat. When a message is sent, the sender, recipient, and contents are recorded. Messages sent within a black box chat also come with a mandatory proof of receipt. Once the message and its data have been created, the recorded data cannot be erased.
By Black Hole Chat is a disappearing chat or a single message that can be permanently and irrevocably destroyed. To make it work, you send a message with a timer. Once the message is opened, the timer begins. After the timer finishes, the message is destroyed and disappears forever. Since it has not passed through any other communications system, like a 3rd party instant messaging platform, every record of its existence can be eliminated.
A temporary secure chat is a completely private chat between two people that cannot be monitored and disappears as soon as the business is concluded. These chats are designed to happen between two endpoints, such as two mobile devices or two computers. They are not transmitted through any 3rd party servers, software, or platforms. Once the conversation is finished, the data is erased and there is no record of the conversation.
Yes, the users can set their activity status to make sure they do not get contacted when they do not want to. The activity statuses range from active, away, and do not disturb and can be customized further upon our client request.
For added security, Messagenius does not access numbers stored on the user’s smartphone. Instead, it can be set to create them from the databases you already have in use, like Active Directory.
When using Messagenius, your users can filter contacts by role, location, specialty, department and more. However, users do not see email addresses or phone numbers unless you choose to make this information available.
